I don't see my helpdesk, phone call, or live chat provider listed as an integration.

Many people use MaestroQA without an integration into their support provider, please contact us for more info and a quote. Email us at team@maestroqa.com or call +1 (212) 699-6451.

I have a lot more licenses in my Helpdesk than I’m grading. Will I be charged for all of them?

We will only charge you for the agents that you grade — not the number of licenses in your Helpdesk. Admins, managers, and analysts will also receive accounts at no additional charge, so you can scale your QA process worry-free.

How does billing work if we have a seasonal business with seasonal agents?

For monthly contracts: Billing will be adjusted each month based on the number of agents graded.
For annual contracts: If you go over your expected amount, we will charge you the pro-rated difference and if you go under your expected amount, we will issue a credit.
